Helplines

Sometimes we need someone to talk to, we have provided a list below of helplines you can contact for support

Remember, Suicide is never the only option

“One community, one locality, one solution.

I want to create a safe space for people to exist and have feelings. A space to not feel like that are going totally mad and being judged for existing. It truly is OK to not be OK. I want to create a community full of support, listening ears and open hearts.

We sometimes just need a listening ear, a bit of validation and a point in the right direction to know we are going to be okay.”
